There are
many smart people in many countries, but many of them are difficult to enjoy a
complete education, or do not have the cost to complete the school year, not
even primary school. They are children who were born in a poor family, so that
their parents could not afford the education of their children. Among the poor
children who have a lot of potential academic or artistic ability, but

Program
Health Card and Health Card Jokowi campaigned in the 2014 presidential
election, it has been implemented by Jokowi locally in Jakarta, capital of
Indonesia, where the Governor Jokowi Special Capital Region, Jakarta. The
program, named Kartu Jakarta Pintar
or "Jakarta Smart Card" and Kartu
Jakarta Sehat or "Healthy Jakarta Card". Both programs of Governor Jokowi
program has run for about two years, and has contributed greatly to support the poor in
Jakarta. Jokowi very confident, that a similar program could be implemented in
Indonesia, a program that applies nationwide.
The focus
of Indonesia Smart Card is indeed only applies to education from elementary
school, junior high, until the Indonesian children graduated from high school.
The program was initiated by Jokowi is quite realistic, when a new government
with a new president Jokowi as with members of the House in earnest to prepare
laws and government regulations, so that the program can run smoothly without

As we
know, South Korea has decades of providing serious support in the creative
industries, so the K-Pop in various fields such as music, soap operas, and
advanced technology products such as smartphones has globalized over the last
10 years. Indonesia also has many well-known artists abroad, but not phenomenal
like South Korea.
There are
many artists and information technology experts from Indonesia who got the
project or business from overseas investors. Lately they have also started to
develop their own business in the field of creative industries, but the
government has not been supportive of the tax, and government regulations.
Jokowi as the new president will enhance any regulations and legislation to
support businesses in the creative industries sector, so that Indonesia would

Indonesia
has many talented youth in various fields of art and skilled youth in the field
