There are
many smart people in many countries, but many of them are difficult to enjoy a
complete education, or do not have the cost to complete the school year, not
even primary school. They are children who were born in a poor family, so that
their parents could not afford the education of their children. Among the poor
children who have a lot of potential academic or artistic ability, but
unfortunately they are forced to live without education. In fact, a country can
be developed in various aspects of life, if you have people who have a good
level of education.
Indeed,
there are scholarship opportunities, but access to education fund must be
limited in each country, either from the government, non-governmental
organizations, foundations, or corporations that have scholarship programs for
the children, or students who excel but not able to financially. Because of
that, the government must act to prepare a special budget to help children who
are not fortunate financially. The members of the House should have a good
heart to prepare a special law on the education budget for the poor who have
chosen them when elections.

Education
budget problem not only in developing countries, it turns out there are some
developed countries are experiencing this problem, as well as the budget for
public health issues. We may need to direct our radar to Indonesia, a vast
archipelago nation in Southeast Asia, as the largest democracy in July 2014
after the United States and India have held elections, both for members of the
House of Representatives (DPR and DPD), and presidential elections. Joko Widodo or popularly known as Jokowi,
have provided new insight for the people of Indonesia in the field of
education. Jokowi during the campaign, as well as the presidential debate has
been campaigning for education funding program for the poor called “Kartu Indonesia Pintar” or
"Indonesia Smart Card". Other programs of Jokowi is “Kartu Indonesia
Sehat” or “Healthy Indonesia cards”, also for the poor.

Program
Health Card and Health Card Jokowi campaigned in the 2014 presidential
election, it has been implemented by Jokowi locally in Jakarta, capital of
Indonesia, where the Governor Jokowi Special Capital Region, Jakarta. The
program, named Kartu Jakarta Pintar
or "Jakarta Smart Card" and Kartu
Jakarta Sehat or "Healthy Jakarta Card". Both programs of Governor Jokowi
program has run for about two years, and has contributed greatly to support the poor in
Jakarta. Jokowi very confident, that a similar program could be implemented in
Indonesia, a program that applies nationwide.
The focus
of Indonesia Smart Card is indeed only applies to education from elementary
school, junior high, until the Indonesian children graduated from high school.
The program was initiated by Jokowi is quite realistic, when a new government
with a new president Jokowi as with members of the House in earnest to prepare
laws and government regulations, so that the program can run smoothly without
any leakage of funds or be the target of a new corruption of government
officials and members of Parliament.
Program
Jokowi campaign with running mate, Jusuf Kalla was more realistic than its
competitors, candidate Prabowo Subianto, and his running mate, Hatta Rajasa. To
support the educational program "Indonesia Smart Card", Jokowi also
has a unique program that supports business development in the field of
creative economy or creative industry. The program received compliments and
support of young Indonesian children who take part in the arts, and information
technology as a filmmaker, graphic designers, animators, comic book artist,
songwriter, film director, activist art, fashion designer, singer, movie player
, artisans, and art and cultural activists, even the stage manager, and
performing arts activists.
As we
know, South Korea has decades of providing serious support in the creative
industries, so the K-Pop in various fields such as music, soap operas, and
advanced technology products such as smartphones has globalized over the last
10 years. Indonesia also has many well-known artists abroad, but not phenomenal
like South Korea.
There are
many artists and information technology experts from Indonesia who got the
project or business from overseas investors. Lately they have also started to
develop their own business in the field of creative industries, but the
government has not been supportive of the tax, and government regulations.
Jokowi as the new president will enhance any regulations and legislation to
support businesses in the creative industries sector, so that Indonesia would
be "good players" in creative industry, that can compete head to head with other countries,
and even Indonesia could be a potential partner for foreign investors.
Indonesia
has many talented youth in various fields of art and skilled youth in the field
of arts and culture, so many of those who have worked in neighboring countries
such as Singapore, Malaysia, Japan and other countries, either directly in the
countries the country, even among those who work online.
With full support
Jokowi, on Indonesia's creative industry, then anyone who is active in this
field, both Indonesian and foreign businessmen can now do business in a variety
of creative industries in various parts of Indonesia such as Jakarta, Bali,
Yogyakarta, Bandung and other cities .
The
potential of the creative industries or creative economy in Indonesia will grow
rapidly, certainly because the program Kartu
Indonesia Pintar or "Indonesia Smart Card" introduced by Jokowi,
a new leader who is the hope for Indonesia, even to give a very positive
influence to the community in the surrounding countries, ASEAN and globally.
Now you have a golden opportunity to do business in Indonesia to take advantage
in the field of creative economy, both for you and for the people of Indonesia.
Are you also going to take part in the creative industry in Indonesia? Let's do it.
